The Fund provides access to mortgage investing with the benefit of professional management and diversification.
Investment Strategy
Take advantage of lending opportunities created by restrictive institutional lender policies by investing in small balance (under $1.5 million) mortgage loans secured by neighborhood commercial properties located throughout Florida. This market is highly fragmented and inefficiently capitalized and managed.
Risk Adjusted Returns
Achieving reasonable risk-adjusted returns has proven difficult, if not impossible, for most fixed income investors.
Mortgage loans have historically provided fixed income returns oftentimes greater than those from other alternative investments with less risk of loss as a result of real estate as collateral.
